And here I am, two weeks into the semester. So far, I gotta say that this semester isn’t all that bad. I was worried before school began that maybe this would be an incredibly difficult and long semester, but so far I can only see one class that may cause some difficulty. That class is Network Design. It’s not so much that it’s hard, it’s just a bit on the technical side of things. I know that I need to learn all these technical things since I’m going to be working in IT, but that doesn’t mean it’s any fun. 

On the other side of things, my Business Ethics class seems like it will be good. It might be because the class is more on the philosophical side of things than it is on the business side of things. Being an ethical person should be far easier than it really is. There are times when the ethical thing to do is hard because it may affect people you work with or people you may care about. But, as everyone know already, the right thing is more times than not the hardest thing to do.

With school well underway, I still definitely need to find a job. I’ve been searching since the summer on and off, but I definitely need one now. One can only live on student loans for so long. Hopefully that will happen sometime soonish.

Well that’s it for this post. I need to go and catch my train soon. I hope they aren’t running late like always. Of course, with all the flooding in Chicago and Indiana, I wouldn’t be surprised if the South Shore was running late as usual.
